New Lane is located at Macalister Road, an open air complex. One best thing that I really love this hawker stalls more then the others, is because it have enough parking place in Wisma Central. There are up to 50 stalls thats sells different varieties of food. Mostly locals will make their way to New Lane more then to Gurney Drive, as the hawker stalls here serve they best quality and affordable price.
Beef Noodle
This bowl of Beef noodle are the best!! Their soup are absolutely tasty, with a mouth full of beef taste. Every bowl of Beef noodle comes with tender and juicy beef chunks. Oh, no to forget to ask for their chilli sauce, adding chilli sauce makes the soup into a totally different unique taste.

Seafood Char Koay Kak
Char Koay Kak is a diah that you would only able to find in Malaysia. Although there are lots of Char Koay Kak hawker stalls, but I find that the Seafood Char Koay Kak from New Lane are my favourite! Char Koay Kak are cut into bite size cubes, then Bean sprouts, Chai po (a kind of salty vegetable), garlic and prawns are fried with black sauces. LOOK at the prawns, it’s so fresh and big!

Porridge
To be honest, I’m not a porridge fans! I feel like a sick person every time I’m having porridge! But guess what, I felt in love with the pork intestine porridge here! The porridge serve with spring onion, fried and steam intestine, slides of Cha Siew (marinated pork). Every time I would ask the aunty to add fried intestine, by just adding RM1! Not to worry, there are no foul smelling intestines as they cleaned it properly.

Chee Cheong Fun
Penang style Chee Cheong Fun are slightly different from Hong Kong or other places. The only difference lies in the sauce. Penang Chee Cheong Fun comes with a thick taste of Hae Go - Shrimp Paste Sauce. The Shrimp Paste Sauce in New Lane are well known, because it have the most thickest sauce.

Chicken Wings
Chicken wings are Malaysian all time finger food. Barbecue Chicken Wings. The chicken wings are honey coated, and barbecue until the skin are crispy and sweet, and and and !! JUICY meat inside!
